Privacy Policy

Blue-Berg Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates the All-N-Time mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Name and email address — provided during account creation for authentication and identification.
Location Data
- Precise location (GPS) — collected to verify crew arrival and departure at job sites and to calculate billable on-site hours. Location is recorded when a supervisor checks in or checks out their crew at a job site, and at periodic intervals while the crew is on site.
- Background location — used for geofence monitoring to detect arrival at and departure from job sites. This permission enables the App to register transitions when the App is closed or not in use, so that crew arrival and departure can be logged accurately even if the supervisor's device screen is off.
- Location data is only collected on devices where the user has installed the App, signed in, and granted location permission. You may revoke location permission at any time in your device settings; revoking background-location permission disables automatic geofence detection but does not prevent the App from being used.
Photos
- Camera photos — captured when a crew leaves a job site (mandatory) and optionally at check-in. Photos are used to document site conditions and verify crew presence.
Work Activity Data
- Check-in and check-out timestamps
- Crew assignments and membership
- Job site visit records and hours worked
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Track crew work hours and job site attendance
- Generate time reports for supervisors and administrators
- Verify crew presence at job sites via geofencing
- Document job site conditions through photos
- Send push notifications about job assignments and crew activity
3. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and Google Cloud Storage, hosted in the United States.
- All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- Data at rest is encrypted by Google Cloud's default encryption.
- Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with:
- Your organization's administrators and supervisors — to manage crews, review work hours, and generate reports.
- Service providers — Google Cloud Platform (hosting, storage, authentication) and Firebase (notifications, analytics). Location data is transmitted to these providers solely to operate the App; it is not shared for advertising or resale.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Work records (check-ins, hours, photos) are retained as part of your organization's business records.
6. Your Rights
You may:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data

7. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for use by adults (18+) in a business context. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
